“Trovare un alloggio pulito e tranquillo ad un prezzo accettabile a Venezia è un’impresa ardua. Il giardino dei melograni è una delle poche eccezioni. Staff molto gentile, camera ampia e pulita, colazione abbondante. Forse l’arredamento è un po’ datato, ma il prezzo è davvero onesto. Inoltre, è stato piacevole immergersi nel quartiere ebraico che è un’area molto suggestiva e, stranamente per la città , poco turistica”.
“I stay at a single room and was impressed with the room size and the toilet. It was large for a single room. Wifi was accessable and signal was strong in my room. Receptionists was helpful and friendly. It is a quiet hotel for a good night rest. There is also a variety of choices for breakfast from bread, cereals, cakes, salads to fruits and coffee, tea. Their coffee tastes great!”
“Very nice and cosy hotel near the station but far from the crowd. Very quiet location, not far from Rialto. Good breakfast with fruit, cereals, cakes , jam and cheese, all kosher. In the surroundings there is a very good kosher restaurant, highly recommendable but it is better to book it if you want to eat outside because it is always full. Good prices and good quality. My room was on the Campo, at night there was no noise. My sister had a corner room with a nice view on the canal.”
“It’s a quiet place and takes only 10 minutes walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station. The surrounding brings memory to the early settlement of Jewish marked by the only steel bridge just next to the hotel. From the window, across the canal, you will discover old flat with green windows and ultimately daily Venezian life. Set of breakfast reminds you to the modesty of European life, yet meaningful. Fast internet is a plus. All in all, it’s a perfect stay.”
“If you want to experience the Venice where the locals live, then this is the place to stay. We had a wonderful room with a window that opened out onto the canal and path on the other side – it was amazing. The room was spacious with a large bed and well equipped bathroom. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good english. It was easy to find our accommodation once we had arrived from the airport and it was not too far to wheel your suitcase. There are many good restaurants close by and an excellent cafe with great coffee and food”.
“The location was excellent. It was fairly easy to find after leaving the waterbus from the airport; and in a good spot to get to all of the “must see” sights. It was lovely to return to the relative calm of the beautiful square, where the hotel was situated, at the end of a busy day of walking and taking all that is La Serenissima. The staff were very friendly; the breakfast was super; the room was simply furnished yet comfortable and the air-conditioning worked. It was really good value for money :)”
